CEFGA’s Craft Pro Champion Awards Program, introduced in 2019, recognizes and lifts up companies who are taking care of their field level employees and who are working to address the skilled worker shortage. Winners are recognized at an awards ceremony, given an engraved award, and promoted on our website.
Nominations for the 2021 Craft Pro Champion Awards are due by July 10. Instructions for submission are included with each downloadable application listed below. We encourage our partners to apply and be recognized for the work they are doing!
Construction Ready Craft Pro Champion Employer: Craft Pro Champion Employers are selected for using workforce development strategies that promote field-level career progression and provide workers with accessible training and skills development opportunities. Being selected as a Craft Pro Champion Employer gives employers recognition for their workforce development programs.
Construction Ready Graduate of the Year: Our Construction Ready Graduate of the Year will recognize a program graduate who is excelling, advancing and thriving in the construction industry.
Construction Ready Employer of the Year: Our Construction Ready Employer of the Year will give employers recognition for hiring and developing Construction Ready Graduates.
K12 Pipeline Graduate of the Year: Our K12 Pipeline Graduate of the Year will recognize a graduate of a high school construction program who is excelling, advancing and thriving in the construction industry.
K12 Pipeline Teacher of the Year: Our K12 Pipeline Teacher of the Year will give teachers recognition for the work they do with their local elementary, middle and/or high school construction programs in order to educate students about the value of careers in the construction industry.
K12 Pipeline Employer of the Year: Our K12 Pipeline Employer of the Year will give employers recognition for working with their local elementary, middle and/or high school construction programs in order to make students aware of careers in construction.
